Everett Crossroads Grocery

The store pictured here is presently closed, but native daughter Reverend Emma Gale notes that it was well-known for years as Ms. Lottie’s General Store. Today, the real action is just down the road at the Altamaha River Park, which supports a small general store of its own. The fish camp located at the park remains one of the largest and busiest in existence, and the ruins of the mechanical railroad trestle, as well as a nature boardwalk make it a great place to experience the river.
