Designed for John Schwarz in the Romanesque Revival style, this office building was the work of prominent Georgia architect Alfred S. Eichberg (see Brunswick City Hall). Over the years it has housed everything from the WPA Writers’ Project and the Venezuelan Consulate to radio stations and banks. It’s located on Wright Square.
