“Unimproved” [read authentic] houses of this character are getting rare and I think it’s fortunate that a small handful of owners maintains them in their original state.

Don't eat the fish, 2012.Abandoned water slide, Crystal Lake, 2014. Crystal Lake was a popular swimming hole and local recreation area for at least 75 years. It was shut down sometime around 2000 and the spring fed water source dried up, due to local irrigation pressures. It is absolutely inaccessible today but I got a rare tour in 2014.Early 20th century logging tram, 2011.
